Travelling and Breastfeeding, Shipping Human Milk

In Kodiak, with so many families moving on and off the island for a variety of reasons, we’ve assembled a great toolkit of resources for shipping your hard-earned stash of frozen breast milk, travelling with a breastfed baby, or travelling with pumped milk. Essentially, breast milk can be shipped safely as long as it remains completely frozen. Insulated boxes of any size can work, sometimes enhanced with the use of dry ice. You can even order a FedEx Freeze Box. Please contact us with any questions!
